To book your stay, just select available dates from our calendar and follow the easy booking process. We ask for full payment upfront, meaning you do not have to worry about payments closer to your stay.

We kindly offer guests 5% OFF when booking 2 nights with us, and 10% OFF for stays 3-6 nights.

In the unfortunate circumstances you require to cancel, you must notify us as soon as possible by email.

We may allow you to reschedule your stay for a new date, if notified before 14 days of your booking. This is subject to circumstances and the owner’s discretion. Rescheduling within 14 days of your booking isn’t possible and our cancellation policy shall be applied

Cancelling your booking before 28 days we shall refund 100% of your payment minus a £50 fee. 

Cancelling your booking within 28 days we shall refund 100% of your payment minus a £50 fee, if we successfully re-book your night/s. 

If we fail to re-book your cancelled night/s we shall retain 100% of your payment.

Check in is available from 1600-1900 and check out is 1100. If you are running late from your expected arrival time just let us know via Whatsapp.

You can avail of early check in from 1500 for an additional cost of £25.

At Willow Lodge Estate we are flexible to permit stays from 1 night only, however we suggest staying for 2-3 nights to fully explore and appreciate the value of this tranquil estate.

Willow Lodge Estate is designed primarily for adults seeking an escapism in tranquil surroundings. With a maximum occupancy of 4 persons, we permit 4 adults or a family dynamic of 1/2 adults with 1/2 children. There is a supplemental charge of £30pp and £25pp for an extra adult or child respectively, when our twin bedroom is being used.

During your stay, the lead guest must be 21+ years.

Willow Lodge Estate was designed primarily for adults with finer furnishings and certain features not suitable for young children. We permit children from 8+ years to stay.

If you wish to stay at Willow Lodge Estate but have a child under 8 years, please feel free to contact us and we shall consider the option of making an exception.

No - Willow Lodge Estate is solely for those that booked.

At Willow Lodge Estate, knowing your projected arrival time from our pre-arrivals form, someone shall greet you on your arrival and show you the lodge. At this time we shall hand over the keys.

We never have standing water between guests at Willow Lodge Estate. The hot tub is cleaned and refilled for each guest’s retreat.

On filling our pre-arrivals preference form you can select when you want the hot tub ready from between 1700 and 2100. Soaking must conclude at 2230.

Note: the hot tub shall be lit once per day. Once up to temperature the hot tub being insulated should give soak times of up to 1-1.5 hour. We leave a few additional logs to extend this time closer to 3 hours. For multiple night bookings just advise us the day before when you want to have water back to perfect temperature. All you need to do is remove the thermal lid and relax.

On filling out our pre-arrivals preference form, you can advise us if you would like your extras ready for your arrival or kept chilled in the fridge or left on the dining table.

Yes, everything you need to cook full meals with ease.

Yes of course. We have a small Weber charcoal BBQ with utensils and heat proof mat to protect our decking. You just need to bring the charcoal and lighter fluid.

As much as we love animals we do not permit pets staying to maintain the cleanliness of Willow Lodge for subsequent guests.

In our guidebook we list activities and attractions in our local area. From golf courses to archery, Bangor coastal walk / beaches and stately garden walks to pubs and restaurants. At Willow Lodge Estate, you have 6+ acres of countryside and lake trails to explore, so perhaps a relaxing walk around the grounds or a picnic are the perfect way to spend an afternoon.
